Biography

Enters the 2023 season tied atop UT’s career HR list (32), and is fourth in career total bases (301), fifth in triples (6) and runs (124), sixth in slugging percentage (.568), t-sixth in RBI (114), eighth in doubles (32), and ninth in at-bats (530), hits (161), and stolen bases (22).
 
At Utah Tech 2022: Enjoyed a bounce back season as he finished fourth on the club in batting at .302 and led the team in home runs (11 – t-5th on UT’s single season list) … was third in RBI (33) and doubles (10) … became the first Trailblazer in the program’s NCAA era to homer in four-straight games, doing so in the final four games of the year at Loyola Marymount (5/17) at California Baptist (5/19-21) … moved into a tie atop UT’s career HR list (32) with a three-run homer in the season finale at CBU (5/21) … homered twice and drove in a career-high six runs at Sacramento State (3/12) … hit safely in 33 of 49 games played, including 20 of his last 23 starts, which also featured a 10-game hitting streak … posted 12 multi-hit games with two four-hit outings … drove in two or more runs eight times overall … played primarily in right field and recorded three outfield assists … earned academic all-WAC honors.  
 
At Utah Tech 2021: Started in 35 of 45 games played and hit .185 with two home runs and 23 RBI … hit safely in eight of his final 10 starts and drove in 10 runs … drove in a season-high three runs twice (vs. California Baptist 4/18; vs. Seattle U 5/16) … finished the year with 27 runs scored … earned academic all-WAC honors.
 
At Utah Tech 2020: Started in all 18 games and batted .365 with six doubles, four home runs and 17 RBI in the pandemic shortened season … hit safely in 13 of his 18 starts with six multi-hit games … got off to a hot start in the season opening series at Cal State San Marcos, against which he batted .636 with four XBH and five RBI en route to RMAC Player of the Week honors … went 4-for-4 in the season opener vs. CSSM with three doubles and three RBI … drove in a season high four runs vs. Adams State (3/7) … finished with five stolen bases and 14 runs scored.
 
At Utah Tech 2019: Was voted RMAC Freshman Position Player of the Year ... started in 48 of 49 games played and batted .363 overall with a team-high 27 XBH ... wound up in the top-20 in almost every RMAC statistical category ... finished his debut season with 14 doubles, a team-high five triples and eight home runs ... also drove in 40 runs with 48 runs scored and 11 stolen bases, highlighted by a school record four SBs vs. Regis (4/18) ... became the first player in the program’s NCAA era to hit for the cycle in the series finale at New Mexico Highlands (3/24), against which he pounded out a career-best five hits (5-for-5) to go with season highs of five RBI and four runs scored ... hit safely in 36 of 49 games with 18 multi-hit outings and drove in a least one run in 21 starts overall.
 
At Dixie High School: Was a four-year letter winner in baseball for the Flyers and was named 2018 Utah Mr. Baseball and the 2018 All-USA Today Utah Baseball Player of the Year after batting .512 with nine home runs with a .618 OB% … earned Region 9 MVP and Max Preps second team medium school All-American honors … also posted a 0.82 ERA with 94 strikeouts and tied a national record with 18 strikeouts in a six-inning shutout win … helped lead the Flyers to consecutive region and Utah (3A in 2017/4A in 2018) state titles and was named the 2018 state tourney MVP … also earned Utah 3A MVP honors as a junior after batting .532 with 10 HR … was a three-time all-state pick overall … also lettered in football as was the 2017 Defensive Player of the Year … was a three-time all-region and two-time all-state selection and finished his career with 36 total sacks … also broke the state punting record (49.5 ypp) as a senior. 

Personal: Born in St. George, Utah … parents are Dan and Shari Fisher … also recruited by Utah, Utah Valley, San Diego, Duke, Arizona and Oregon, among others ... favorite team is the Chicago Cubs … favorite player is Kris Bryant … currently majoring in communication.
