Craig Timmons

Craig Timmons is in his eighth season as Utah Tech head strength and conditioning coach.

Timmons came to UT from the University of Buffalo, where he served as assistant strength and conditioning coach in UB’s Sports Performance Program since 2010.

During his tenure at Buffalo, Timmons worked with the Bulls’ football, men’s basketball, wrestling, men’s tennis, baseball, softball and men’s and women’s soccer programs. He also oversaw UB’s internship program, which created future opportunities for students in strength and conditioning. He is a 2007 graduate of UB, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.

Timmons also helped coach the USA Paralympic Sled Hockey team to a gold medal at the 2010 Paralympics Games. Team USA finished the competition not allowing a single goal scored against them.

Craig and his wife Katie-Mae are the parents of two children, daughter Kyla and son Connor.
