At Dixie State 2015: Made 24 appearances all in relief, and posted a 3-0 record with a 4.20 ERA in 28.2 IP … notched one save and struck out 30 batters in 30.0 IP. 

At College of Southern Idaho 2014: Led the Eagles in wins with an 8-3 record and 2.71 ERA … struck out 62 batters in 63 innings … opponents hit .228 against him … threw a complete game, four-hit shutout against Western Nevada, struck out 11 batters in seven innings … 2013: Pitched in 29 games as a freshman and posted a 4.17 ERA with 40 strikeouts … earned Region 18 Honorable Mention honors.

At Payson High School: Four-year letter-winner at Payson HS … earned Utah 3A First Team All-State honors as a senior … selected to play in the all-star game his senior season.

Personal: Born in Provo, Utah … parents are Billy and JoAnn Brost … favorite team is the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim … also recruited by Utah Valley, BYU and Texas-Pan American ... currently majoring in integrated studies.
