Kazuto Sakita (MS, ATC, CSCS) is in eighth season at Dixie State and serves as the head baseball athletic trainer.
A native to Japan, Kaz graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Sciences from BYU in 2007, and earned his Master of Science degree from BYU in 2010.
He worked at BYU as a baseball graduate assistant athletic trainer from 2007 to 2010. Kaz then went on to work with the Boston Red Sox Minor League teams as an intern athletic trainer and strength & conditioning coach in the 2011 season.
Kaz and his wife Saori are the parents of two children, Tiffany and K.J.
