At Dixie State 2021: Appeared in nine games with two starts … finished with an 0-2 record and six strikeouts in 9.2 IP … fanned a season-high three in his Trailblazer debut vs. Washington State (2/27).    
 
At San Diego Mesa CC (2020): Earned all-Pacific Coast Athletic Conference academic team honors during the pandemic-shortened season. 
 
At California Baptist (2019): Made four appearances out of the Lancer bullpen … struck out one and surrendered only one hit in 2.2 IP.
 
At Serrano High School: Was a two-time Mojave River all-league selection and earned first team honors as a senior … was named MRL Senior Athlete of the Year. 

Personal: Born in Riverside, California … parents are Brad and Kathie Phillips … father Brad ran cross country collegiately at Cal State San Bernardino … also recruited by San Diego State, Long Beach State, UC Irvine, Towson, Middle Tennessee State, Belmont and Niagara ... favorite teams is the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and the Minnesota Vikings ... favorite player is Mike Trout ... currently majoring in exercise science.
