At Shadow Ridge High School: Won two varsity letters in baseball and was a two-time defensive MVP for the Mustangs … earned second team all-Northwest Division honors as a junior and was a second team all-Mountain Region pick as a senior … also lettered in football and earned second team all-division recognition as a punter … graduated with an advanced honors diploma and received the SRHS baseball academic award. 

Personal: Born in Beaverton, Oregon … parents are Chad and Kayleen Lyman … father Chad is a professional MMA and Jiu Jitsu coach … also recruited by BYU, Utah Valley, UNLV, Salt Lake CC and the College of Southern Nevada … favorite team is the Arizona Diamondbacks ... favorite player is Francisco Lindor ... currently majoring in general studies.
