Biography

At Dixie State 2018: Made 16 appearances out of the bullpen and posted a 1-1 record with nine strikeouts in 16.2 IP struck out a career-high two batters vs. MSU Billings (2/8) and Azusa Pacific (3/2) … 2017: Sat out the season as a medical redshirt … 2016: Sat out the season as a redshirt.

At Cedar High School: Was a four-year letter winner in baseball and helped lead the Redmen to a Utah 3A runner-up finish … was a two-time all-region and all-state pick and earned first team all-region and state honors as a senior … during his senior year he went 11-2 with a 1.83 ERA and 72 strikeouts, while he .312 with five doubles and three homers to earn Salt Lake Tribune All-State honors. 

Personal: Born in St. George, Utah … parents are Danny and Angie Lewis … favorite teams are the New York Yankees, the Utah Jazz and the New England Patriots … favorite player is Bryce Harper … also recruited by Salt Lake CC … currently majoring in exercise science.
