At Utah Tech 2024: Got the start in three of the first four games of the season before utilizing his redshirt … caught five passes for 51 yards and one touchdown … hauled in three balls for 36 yards and the lone TD vs. Northern Arizona (9/14). 
 
Before Utah Tech: Played one season at Golden West CC in 2023, where he caught 22 passes for 381 yards and three touchdowns in 10 games … started his prep career at Snow College, where he hauled in two passes for 41 yards in four games, and was also credited with two total tackles ... was an all-state receiver at Highland HS, where he earned three varsity letters.  

More on Tru: Born in Gilbert, Arizona … parents are Tyde and Linda Tanner … also recruited by Stephen F. Austin and Northern Colorado … favorite team is the Green Bay Packers … currently majoring in finance.
