Named second-team all-WAC with a sixth-place finish in the DMR with a time of 12:25.82 at the WAC Indoor Championships ... participated in both the mile (5:14.82) and 3000 meters (10:39.72) at the WAC Indoor Championships setting season best times in both events ... finished eighth in the 800 meters at the Ron Mann Classic clocking a time of 2:28.49 ... also placed eighth in the 3K at the NAU Lumberjack Classic (11:20.45) ... took second in the 1000 meters at the BYU Cougar Invitational with a time of 3:15.28 ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.

At Utah Tech 2023 Outdoor (SOPHOMORE): Competed in the 1500 meters at the WAC Championships finishing with a time of 4:58.08 ... also competed in the 5000 meters at the WAC Championships clocking a time of 18:45.01 ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.

At Utah Tech 2023 Indoor (SOPHOMORE): Competed in the mile at the WAC Championships clocking a time of 5:23.35 ... also competed in the 3000 meters at the WAC Championships with a time of 10:53.72.
