Biography

At Mount Carmel Academy: Earned four varsity letters in swimming … was a four-time high school state champion in the 100 free and a two-time state champ in the 100 fly.     

Personal: Born in Metairie, Louisiana … parents are Kent and Anita Schexnayder … also recruited by Little Rock, West Florida and Colorado Mesa … swam for the NU Wave Swim club team … plans to major in chemistry.
 
Why I Chose Utah Tech: "I chose Utah Tech because I loved the location of the school. When I met the team, everyone was so nice to me and it really felt like home. The campus is also very, very nice.”
