Utah Tech Honors: Three-time Academic All-WAC selection in 2020-21, 2021-22, and 2022-23 … won the gold medal at the 2023 WAC Championships in the 400 medley relay, and claimed silver in the 200 medley relay ... won the silver medal at the 2022 WAC Championships in the 200 breast (SR 2:16.10) and was the Trailblazers’ top individual point scorer (32 pts) at the meet ... claimed the bronze medal in the 100-yard breast at the 2021 WAC Championships.
At Riverton High School: Was a four-year varsity letter winner for the Silverwolves … helped lead RHS to a region title in 2018 … holds the RHS school record in the 200 IM and 100 breast … finished her prep career ranked second in school history in the 50 free and 200 medley relay, and third all-time in the 100 fly and 100 free … was an academic all-region selection.
Personal: Born in West Jordan, Utah … parents are Jock and Brenda Lyon … swam for the Herriman Aquatic club team … favorite athlete is Bethany Hamilton … currently majoring in exercise science.
