At Dixie State 2020: Made three appearances out of the Blazer bullpen in an injury plagued short season … earned a save in game two at Cal State San Marcos (2/1) … pitched 1.2 total innings overall and had one strikeout.
 
At Dixie State 2019: Enjoyed a banner 2019 season as the team’s closer, during which he earned second team all-RMAC recognition and finished second in the conference with eight saves (t-8th on DSU season list/t-9^th on career list) to go with a 4-1 overall record and 41 strikeouts in 35.2 IP … appeared in 22 games with four starts, highlighted by a six-hit, one-run performance with three strikeouts in 4.2 IP in a seven-inning win over Colorado Christian (4/28).

At Dixie State 2018: Made 15 appearances with one start and posted a 1-3 record with 18 strikeouts in 23.0 IP … earned his first collegiate victory after tossing 1.1 innings of spotless relief with two punchouts vs. California Baptist (5/8) … fanned a career-high five in 3.0 IP at Biola (4/20).

At Dixie State 2017: Appeared in seven games in relief with no record and no saves … struck out 10 in 9.0 innings pitched … struck out a season-high three twice in outings against Concordia-Irvine (3/11) and at Hawai’i Hilo (4/25).

At Cottonwood High School: Earned four varsity letters in baseball and was a first team all-region and Utah 5A honorable mention pick for the Colts.

Personal: Born in Murray, Utah … parents are Ken and Tiffany Bonner … also recruited by Northwest Nazarene, Concordia (OR), Lassen College, Miles College, Heston College and USU-Eastern … favorite team is the Boston Red Sox … graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2020 and is currently working on another degree in communication.
