At Utah Tech Fall 2021 (COVID Junior): Played in all 11 games with seven starts … split time between the defensive backfield and linebacker last season … finished sixth on the defense with 38 tackles (24 solo) to go with 3.5 TFLs, one sack and one PBU … tied a career high with eight tackles (career best 7 solo) in the win vs. Fort Lewis (11/13).
At Utah Tech Spring 2021 (Junior): Started in all five games and racked up 22 total tackles (2.0 TFLs) in those outings … was one of three Blazers to intercept a pass during the spring season and forced one fumble for good measure … collected a career-high eight tackles (4 solo) at New Mexico State (3/7).
At Utah Tech 2019 (Sophomore): Played in all 11 games with two starts ... tallied 16 total tackles with seven solo stops ... racked up a season-high seven tackles (three solo) vs. Black Hills State (10/5) ... his first collegiate interception was a memorable one (vs. Colorado Mesa (11/2) as he teamed with former teammate J.T. Anderson to post the “Number 1 Top Play” on ESPN’s SportsCenter on Nov. 2.
At Utah Tech 2018 (Freshman): Appeared in all 11 games … rushed for 24 yards on five carries … caught one pass for 14 yards … recorded eight tackles.
At Shadow Mountain High School: Earned first team honors at safety as a junior and senior … stats and highlights are not available ... graduated in 2018.
Personal: Born in Nanakuli, Hawai’i … parents are Kawika Smith, Shaunna Bejgrowicz and stepfather Harrison Brown … also recruited by Minot State … favorite team is the San Francisco 49ers ... favorite player is Sean Taylor ... currently majoring in business management.
