At Dixie State Spring 2021 (COVID-Freshman): Played in three of five spring games … was part of an offensive line that averaged 420.8 ypg (122.4 rush/game), and surrendered only six total sacks in 194 total pass attempts.
 
At Barstow High School: Was a four-year varsity letter winner in football for the Aztecs ... was a two-time all-league selection and was an all-district and all-star pick as a senior ... also lettered in basketball ... graduated in April 2020.
 
Personal: Born in Lynwood, California … parents are Daniel and Silvia Gonzalez ... also recruited by Fresno State, Colorado State, Washington State, UNLV, Sacramento State and South Dakota ... favorite team is the New York Giants ... favorite athlete is Odell Beckham Jr. ... plans to major in communication.
