Born in Ogden, UT to Mark and Carolyn Dunn and sister to Jamie Taylor. Raised in Layton, UT where she attended Layton High school and played on the golf team and lettered all four years and was captain 2010-2011 school year. A Cheerleader for 4 years and was known as the Tumble Queen. Member of the debate team for two years and also lettered both years. Member of the Snowbasin ski team for 8 years, and the Snowbasin Junior Olympic team for 2 years. Raced at Snowbird in (2008-2009) competing in every event, (Downhill, Super-G, Giant Slalom, Slalom). She decided to stop racing because of a broken thumb, ripped ligament and a necessary surgery.
 
Before Dixie

-Played at Utah Valley University Freshman year attending all of the tournaments in the fall season
-Runner-up in the 2011 Junior Match play
-Shot 73 and placed 5th in the 2012 Utah Open Men's Tournament at Eagle Mountain
-Best round in college golf...75
