(St. George, Utah - Feb. 27, 2026) - The Trailblazers fell to Utah, 15-0 in five innings on day two of the Beehive Classic on Friday afternoon at Karl Brooks Field.
Utah Tech (6-11) was held scoreless for only the fourth time this season and limited to five hits with four singles and a double.
Jayda Gleave notched a single and double for her second multi-hit game of the season and
Baylee Howley,
Lakaiya-Braessia Kahahawai-Kekona and
Gabi Giroux also tallied singles.
In the circle, sophomore
Lexie Wilson made her third start of the season tossing 1.2 innings striking out three giving way to 0.1 innings from
Riley Price.
Sauren Garton tossed the final three innings for the Trailblazers striking out a pair of Utes.
