Jon Judkins announced the signing of Garden City Community College (Kan.) transfer Boston Harker to a financial aid agreement ahead of the upcoming 2025-26 season on Thursday.
Potter arrives at Utah Tech after three seasons with the Broncbusters' program and has two more years of eligibility remaining.
The 6-4 guard from Alberta, Canada played in 29 games, making 22 starts, this past season for Garden City CC averaging 13.0 points, 3.6 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game.
He shot 45.4 percent (134-295) from the field and nailed 35.2 percent (37-105) from behind the arc as the Broncbusters went 18-14 overall and fell to Coffeyville CC in the NJCAA Region 6 Tournament.
Harker also hit 76.0 percent (73-96) from the free throw line and added 27 steals while scoring a total of 378 points.
He totaled 21 contests in double figures and scored a season-high 29 points against Independence CC on March 8, including the game-winning jumper in overtime.
After playing in only one game in 2023-24, Harker got his start at Garden City CC as a freshman in 2022-23 playing in 28 games with 23 starts and averaged 8.9 points and shot 38.0 percent (78-205) from the field and 85.3 percent (58-68) from the free throw line.
Harker arrived at Garden City CC after graduating from Edge Prep in Calgary, Alberta in 2022.
