Utah Tech Athletics announced on Friday afternoon that this Monday's Trailblazer women's basketball 2025-26 season opening home game vs. Westcliff has been canceled.
 
Utah Tech Athletics officials noted that Westcliff was not being able to field a full team due to injury and eligibility issues. 
 
Utah Tech will finally take to the court next Saturday, Nov. 8, when the Trailblazers play host to Big Sky Conference member Northern Arizona. Tip-off inside the Burns Arena is set for 2 p.m. (MST).
