Northern Colorado Recap
Earning their first win of the season with a victory over Northern Colorado, the 2023 Big Sky Tournament champions, the Trailblazers totaled five hits in the contest.

Highlighted by a three-run home run from junior second baseman Carly Eldredge, her second long ball in as many days, UT raced out to a 2-0 lead after three innings.

An RBI single to center field by Oaklee Trapp got the scoring started for the Trailblazers and after a walk to Laura Lockard, LB Kahahawai-Kekona knocked in Trapp with an RBI single up the middle.

The Bears got on the scoreboard in the top of the fourth inning cutting the Blazers' lead in half with a solo home run by Amailee Morales.

A single by Gabi Giroux and a walk by Drew McKown put a pair of runners on base for Eldredge who extended the Blazers' lead to the final score of 5-1 with her homer.
