OPENING TIP: Dixie State women's basketball 2021-22 season is in the final stretch with just eight games remaining. This weekend the Trailblazers will travel to New Mexico State and Grand Canyon.

BEANS AND THE TRIPLE DOUBLE: Junior,
Breaunna Gillen recorded a triple double against Life Pacific with 14 points, 10 Rebounds and 11 Assists. She's the second Trailblazer in school history to record a triple double.
Previously during the 2009-10 season, Deanna Daniels recorded 10 points, 10 rebounds and 12 steals. The 12 steals is the current school record
FIRST WIN OVER DIVISION I OPPONENT: Dixie State picked up it's first win over a Division I program against Tarleton State on Dec. 30.
Emily Isaacson led DSU with a career high of 25 points popping off of 15 points in the fourth quarter. The Trailblazers had battled as they switched lead changes three different times and the scored tied five times.
TWENTY-SEVEN IS THE SWEET SPOT: The Trailblazers have yet to lose a game when hitting 27 made field goals. There is only one win on the season that was below 27 field goals.
HOME SWEET HOME: Since joining the NCAA ranks in 2006-07, Dixie State has played to a 119-65 (.646) overall record in the Burns Arena. Under Head Coach

RECORD BREAKING SEASON DEBUT: Dixie State started the 2021-22 season off with a bang. After not playing a single game in nearly a year, the Trailblazers opened with a record breaking game in the 107-57 win over Life Pacific.
