Dixie State Head Football Coach Paul Peterson announced the signing of 11 players to National Letters of Intent (NLI), along with the addition of two preferred walk-ons, during National Signing Day on Wednesday.
"We are super excited for this 2022 Trailblazer signing class," Coach Peterson said. "Our staff did a great job identifying high level character and athleticism. With the growth of our program and new facilities these new student-athletes will fit right in to the culture being built. The future is bright with these new additions."
The Trailblazers loaded up on talent on the defensive side of the ball with seven prep additions and one junior college transfer, including five defensive linemen, along with two signed cornerbacks and one safety. DSU also added one quarterback, one running back, two offensive linemen, and one long snapper.
