OPENING TIP: Dixie State women's basketball will kick off action in the Western Athletic Conference by going to Texas to take on Tarleton State (Dec. 30) and Abilene Christian (Jan. 1).

Breaunna Gillen recorded a triple double against Life Pacific with 14 points, 10 Rebounds and 11 Assists. She's the second Trailblazer in school history to record a triple double.
Previously during the 2009-10 season, Deanna Daniels recorded 10 points, 10 rebounds and 12 steals. The 12 steals is the current school record.
WARREN TWINS: Freshman Maddie and
Macie Warren have made a statement in their collegiate debut year so far. Maddie has started in all 11 games so far this year. She is averaging 9.5 points per game. She has recorded 29 assists and 10 steals while averaging 3.1 boards per game. Macie has now started in six games and averages 7.3 points per game.
Combined the pair has scored 184 total points with a combined average of 16.7 points per game. Both are shooting for a combined .269 from the field.
HOME SWEET HOME: Since joining the NCAA ranks in 2006-07, Dixie State has played to a 117-61 (.657) overall record in the Burns Arena. Under Head Coach
