(MATCH NOTES)

Dixie State (10-6-0/8-4-0 PacWest) will put a bow on the 2015 season this Saturday as the Storm travels to Fresno, Calif., to take on Fresno Pacific (9-5-2/7-3-2 PacWest). The match is slated to kick off at 5 p.m. (PT), at Ramirez Field on the FPU campus. The live stats link for Saturday's can be found at www.dixieathletics.com.

DIXIE STATE VS. THIS WEEK'S OPPONENT: Dixie State holds a 2-0-0 lead in its brief series with FPU, including a 4-1 result last season in St. George, and a 2-0 victory in the first-ever meeting between the two programs in Fresno in 2013.

COACHING STAFF: Head coach Kacey Bingham (Arizona State, 2006) is in her third season on the Red Storm bench. Bingham has compiled a 27-20-3 overall record, including a 23-12-1 mark in Pacific West Conference play. Bingham is joined on the sideline by third-year assistant coach Rielee Reed, and first year assistants Emily Fox (Lehi, UT/Lehi), former DSU men's soccer coach Danny Ortiz, and Nyle Ortiz.

STILL PLENTY TO PLAY FOR: Dixie State enters the 2015 finale with a chance to finish in the top-three in the PacWest standings with a victory at FPU on Saturday. In fact the top-six teams in the PacWest are separated by just five points overall, with Azusa Pacific and Point Loma leading the way with 27 points apiece, followed by Concordia with 25. DSU is fourth with 24 points, with FPU (23 pts) California Baptist (22) also in mix.

10 WINS AND COUNTING: Dixie State picked up its 10th win of the season in the Storm's 3-1 over Chaminade last Saturday at DHS. The victory marked the sixth time in the program's 10-year NCAA Division II-era that DSU has won 10 or more games in a season. The school's single-season record for wins is 14 set in 2007 and tied in 2009, which was the year the Storm made their first, and only, NCAA Tournament appearance.

100 WINS AND COUNTING: Saturday's win over Chaminade was also the 100th-victory in the program's NCAA D-II era. Dixie State is now 100-67-12 (.592) all-time in four-year competition. DSU's first-ever NCAA victory came on the road at Westminster College (5-0) in 2006, while its 50th win was recorded at home in a 2-1 result over Colorado Mesa on 2010.

1,000 POINTS AND COUNTING: Dixie State scored its 1,000th point as an NCAA Division II program late in the first half win the Storm's 4-2 win at Academy of Art on Oct. 17. Sophomore Darian McCloy (Herriman, Utah/Herriman HS)'s second goal of the match, which came at the 39:47 mark of the stanza, provided the point needed to reach that milestone.

QUICK KICKS: Saturday's win over Chaminade was Head Coach Kacey Bingham's 50th-career match on the DSU sideline ... Six of DSU's 10 wins have come via the shutout, including the 2-0 result over Hawai'i Pacific last Thursday ... in fact 56 of Dixie State's 100 wins as a four-year program have come by shutout, including a school-record eight in 2007 ... in all Dixie State has recorded 59 shutouts with three scoreless draws ... senior forward Jasmine Arollo (Glendale, Ariz./Apollo HS) has had her boot on 14 of DSU's 29 goals on the season ... Arollo posted her second two-goal match of the season with two second-half tallies vs. Chaminade ... she converted on her second PK chance of the year, which was also her second GW goal this season in the 55th-minute, and then added an insurance goal 15 minutes later ... Arollo recorded her team-leading seventh assist of the year on the GW-goal scored by fellow senior Kaisa Rogers (Springville, Utah/Springville HS) in the OT win at CBU ... Arrolo also leads the team in goals (7) and points (21) ... Arollo's seven assists leaves her one away from tying her own school record of eight set last season, while her 15 career dimes is good for third on the all-time list ... Arollo (currently with 33 pts) will close out her two-year DSU career in eighth-place on the school's career points list ... sophomore midfielder Darian McCloy (Herriman, Utah/Herriman HS) has scored at least one points in six of her last eight matches, including scoring goals #5 and #6 last week vs. HPU and Chaminade, respectively ... McCloy has scored all 14 of her points this season over that stretch with career-highs of six goals and two assists ... freshman forward Tori Washington (South Jordan, Utah/Herriman HS) had assists in each match last week to give her four on the season, which is good for t-second on the club this season ... junior midfielder Aubri Detmer (Austin, Texas/Lake Travis HS) and sophomore Montana Tanner (Bountiful, Utah/Viewmont HS) accounted for the other two assists in the two wins last week ... despite putting up seven shots last week, Rogers could not find the back of the net for a final time at home in her four-year career ... Rogers enters her final match in a DSU kit with 12 career goals (#9 all-time) and three GWG (#8 all-time) ... senior goalkeeper Stacie Gubler (Las Vegas, Nev./Palo Verde HS) has won five of her last six decisions in goal to run her season record to 7-2-0 with three of shutout wins ... she narrowly missed her fourth ShO of the year in the home finale vs. Chaminade as the Silverswords were able to tuck home a goal off a corner kick with just 48 seconds remaining in the match ... Gubler owns a 0.74 goals against average and has made 24 saves in nearly 728 minutes of action this season ... entering this weekend's finale, Dixie State is averaging 16.1 shots/7.0 SOG per match.

UP NEXT: Dixie State will await the announcement of the 2015 Pacific West all-Conference honors, which should be announced in the coming weeks.
