ST. GEORGE, Utah - Dixie State will turn right around and head to Azusa, Calif. to take on the Cougars of Azusa Pacific on Saturday, Jan. 24 at 2 p.m. MT.
Dixie State (5-11, 4-6) dropped both games of the quick homestand, including a 73-61 loss to Azusa Pacific (10-6, 6-3) in St. George on Jan. 17.
STORM STORYLINES
-Kaylah Miller (San Diego, CA/La Jolla Country Day) is Dixie State's career Division II leader in 3-point field goals made with 175 and counting. She passed Sheila Adams earlier this year (133).
-Taylor Mann (Castle Dale, UT/Emery) has totaled five double-doubles in her last seven games. Over that 7-game span she is averaging 14.2 points and 12.1 rebounds.
-The two Taylors (Mann and Maynes) are averaging 19.8 points and 17.1 rebounds between the two of them. Mann has seven double-doubles this season, including two 20+ points and 10+ rebound games. Maynes has two double-doubles this year.
