ST. GEORGE, Utah - Dixie State hosts Azusa Pacific and Cal Baptist on Saturday Jan. 17 and Monday, Jan. 19 as part of a two-game homestand.
The Red Storm (5-9, 4-4) just returned from Hawaii with a win over Chaminade and are looking to get rolling in conference play. Azusa Pacific (9-6, 5-3) and Cal Baptist (13-2, 6-1) are No. 2 and No. 5 in the PacWest standings.
STORM STORYLINES
-Kaylah Miller (San Diego, CA/La Jolla Country Day) is Dixie State's career Division II leader in 3-point field goals made with 169 and counting. She passed Sheila Adams earlier this year (133).
-Taylor Mann (Castle Dale, UT/Emery) has totaled four double-doubles in her last five games. Over a 5-game span she is averaging 16.6 points and 13.0 rebounds.
-The two Taylors (Mann and Maynes) are averaging 20.0 points and 17.1 rebounds between the two of them. Mann has six double-doubles this season, including two 20+ points and 10+ rebound games. Maynes has two double-doubles this year.
