With the score tied at 10-10, the Penguins retired the first two DSU batters, but Kristie Johnson (Temecula, CA/Chaparral High School) tripled to right center and Kyle Bufton followed with an RBI single to right center that gave DSU the 11-10 lead. Hine followed with a deep infield single to shortstop and Woodfall worked her magic with a 2RBI double off the left center field fence. She just missed a home run by two feet.
