Box Score AZUSA, Calif.-- For the fourth consecutive match, the Dixie State volleyball team ended up on the wrong side of the win column, this time in its rematch with Azusa Pacific 19-25, 21-25, 20-25.
Azusa Pacific posted a .273 attack percentage, and sided out the Red Storm at a 72 percent clip to grab its second win over Dixie State (9-7, 6-4) this week.
Nicole Koehler (Sandy, UT/Alta) paced DSU with 10 kills and hit a .333 percentage. Shelby Sorenson (Lehi, UT/Lehi) tallied 30 assists in the loss.
The Red Storm have lost 12 consecutives sets dating back to the first match with Azusa Pacifc. DSU will look to rebuild and get back on their winning track on Monday night at the Student Activities Center against Notre Dame de Namur at 6:00 p.m.
