Box Score SAN FRANCISCO, CA-Senior guard Jessie Ingraham (Tuscon. AZ/Canyon Del Oro) scored 33 points leading Dixie State College to a 77-69 win over Academy of Arts University. Ingraham set a single game scoring record for DSC by shooting10-18 from the floor, hitting on 5-6 three pointers, was 8-10 from the free-throw line and added 7 rebounds. Her fifth three-pointer of the night with 6:02 left in the game gave the Red Storm a three point lead at 62-59 and they never looked back from there. Leading at the break 37-36, the Urban Knights opened the second half on a 13-8 run to take a 50-45 lead on a Verity Peets layup with 13:03 left. The lead would exchange hands three more times until Ingraham would her game winner. Dixie State would win the battle of boards 44-30, eleven of those boards would come from Freshman post player Deanna Daniels (North Las Vegas, NV/Centennial). She also would collect 11 points and collect her first career double-double. Junior College transfer Veronica Siqueiros (Phoenix, AZ/Trevor G Brown) would also score 15 points for the Red Storm. AAU would have four players in double figures with Lorraine Etchell scoring 20 points leading the way.
