THE RECORDS: DSC enters the game with an 8-3 record after sweeping BYU-Hawaii and Chaminade last weekend at home. The Red Storm are 2-3 away from the Burns Arena this season. NDNU is 2-11 and winless in conference at 0-2. The Argos were swept by Hawaii-Hilo and Hawaii Pacific.

RED STORM WATCH: Dixie State takes to the road riding a three-game winning streak. DSC lost their last test on the road at nationally-ranked Western Washington on Dec. 29. Tom Whitehead (St. George, UT/Dixie) leads the team in scoring average at a 16.1 point per game clip. Donovan Plunkett (Oroville, CA/Las Plumas) (13.5) and Andy Palmer (St. George. UT/Pine View) (11.3) also average double figures through five games. Freshman Zach Robbins (Upland, CA/Upland) paces the club pulling down 7.5 rebounds a game with Palmer (5.6) and Whitehead (5.4) following. Dixie State averages 73.4 points a game shooting 46.2% FG while allowing 68.4 points to opponents.

SCOUTING NDNU: The Argonauts are in the middle of a four-game home stretch to open Pacific West Conference play. NDNU has not been able to win on their home floor since November 16 (76-69 over Pacific Union). Sophomore guard Bennie Murray averages a team-best 15 points per game and junior center Nick Storment adds 10.2 points. Murray also paces the Argos in rebounding with a 6.9 clip. Notre Dame de Namur returns nine players who saw playing time against the Red Storm last season. Coach George Puou is in his ninth season at NDNU with an overall record of 96-132.
