The Red Storm of Dixie State College played their second match of the day at the Otter Classic in Seaside, CA. In this match they took on the host school, Cal State Monterey Bay. The Red Storm prevailed 3-1 (25-17,25-14,20-15,25-14).

DSC was led by Katie Luna (Mesa. AZ, Westwood High '05, Scottsdale CC) with 16 kills, followed by Alex Shearer (Park City. UT, Park City) nine and Morgan Hill (Logan. UT, Logan) eight. Chelsi Dewitt (Mesa. AZ, Westwood, Scottsdale CC) led the team with 38 assists.

Dixie State will be in action again tomorrow when they take on CSU Monterey Bay and University of Findlay. Both of the games will have live stats via dixieatheltics.com.
