Fausett is in her first season as an assistant coach with the Trailblazers but in her sixth year at Utah Tech. She graduated from then Dixie State in spring 2021 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a minor in graphic design.
Fausett is an alumni of Trailblazer soccer and finished her career as a student-athlete all over the Trailblazer record books. She was a part of the 2019 squad that made it all the way to the NCAA Division II Elite Eight. She helped that team to 56 goals and most points in the season.
As a midfielder she finished in the top 10 in school history in career matches played, matches started, total career goals (16), game winning goals, and points. She also finished her career at No. 3 in the record book with assists with 19.
