Johnna Brown's return to the softball diamond and her excellent performance earned her DSU Female Athelte of the Week.

Brown led the Red Storm to a 6-2 week by hitting .462 over eight starts. She went 12 for 26 with seven runs scored, four walks and 19 RBI. She also slammed six home runs and ripped a double.

Her slugging percentage was off the charts at a 1.192 clip, while she posted a .533 on-base average.
