After leading all Dixie State runners in her first meet of the year, sophomore transfer Skyler Storie has been selected at the Northwestern Mutual Female Athlete of the Week.

Storie paced the women's team with a 15:53 to win the open division 2.6 mile race at the George Kyte Invitational hosted by Northern Arizona.

For Storie, it is her first DSU Female Athlete of the Week award.

HONORABLE MENTIONS:
Jen Mason (WSOC): Named PacWest Player of the Week after posting a two-goal, one assits match against Cal Poly Pomona.
Alex Anderson (VB): The libero was named to the All-Tournament team for her defensive performance over the weekend in the Red Storm's Seattle visit.
