Pitchers Michelle Duncan and Mattie Snow combined on one historic feat to earn the tandem our Northwestern Mutual Athlete of the Week.

Duncan and Snow played a major role, combining for a five-inning no-hitter in the second game. Duncan earned the win, walking just one and striking out two in 4.0 innings. Snow then retired the side in order on 14 pitches to secure the no-hitter. It was the first Dixie State no-no since Brittnie Whipple blanked Dominican on the road over five innings on April 21, 2010.

The duo wrapped up the series finale in a similar fashion, with Duncan earning another four-inning shutout win and Snow striking out two in the final inning. Duncan's ERA dropped to a league-leading 1.62.
 
For Duncan, it is her second Athlete of the Week award while it is the first for Snow.
