Leading Dixie State in batting avarage during the California Baptist series, Cedric Johnson has been named Co-Male Athlete of the Week - presented by Northwestern Mutual.

Cedric hit .583 in four starts for the Red Storm during a 2-2 week…went 7 for 12 with four runs scored, a homer and three RBI… he was 5 for 7 while leading off an inning ... walked three times and had a sacrifice bunt…stole two bases…produced an .833 slugging percentage and a .677 on-base rate.
