Nicole Chavez has been named DSU Female Athlete of the Week. She went 2 for 6 in the Red Storm's conference sweep of Holy Names starting for the first time this year at third base. Chavez accounted for five RBI, including a critical three-run triple in game two. She had seven assists leading to putouts in the twinbill.
